Alma and Rubik acquired the landmark residential property “Unity Aarhus,” a newly built residential asset located on Randersvej in Aarhus, Denmark. The state-of-the-art property comprises 652 residential units, including 572 studios, 80 apartments, and a wide range of luxurious amenities. The property is the highest residential building in Denmark.
Alma and RUBIK acquired the light industrial property, Baldersbuen 27, which comprises 4,292 sqm of leasable area in the Hedehusene area of Greater Copenhagen. The acquisition is the seventh light industrial property acquired in greater Copenhagen by Alma and RUBIK.
Alma and AG Gruppen sold the residential property, Lyskilden, located in Herlev (greater Copenhagen) to Pensam.
