Allianz UK enhance Commercial Strategy and Customer Experience Team

Allianz UK has announced two appointments to its Commercial Strategy and Customer Experience Team, reinforcing its commitment to high standards of customer service.

Emily Mills returns to Allianz UK from KPMG, as the head of continuous improvement. With her extensive experience in insurance, transformation and continuous improvement, Emily will embed data-driven, systematic improvements across Allianz UK Commercial and ensure the business remains at the forefront of industry innovation and operational excellence.

Joining Emily is Fleur van der Ende, appointed as the head of customer experience. Fleur brings a wealth of expertise in commercial strategy and customer experience, honed through her previous roles within Allianz. She will oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of our customer experience and focus on strengthening Allianz’s position as a leading customer-centric organisation, committed to delivering exceptional value and service to our commercial customers.
