Allianz appoints new head of claims suppliers & experts
Allianz Insurance has appointed Graham Stait to the position of head of claims suppliers & experts. The new appointment also sees Graham become a member of Allianz‘s Claims Management Board.
Graham will be responsible for leading the motor engineer and claims investigator functions, in additon to overseeing the supplier services team.
After joining the Allianz graduate programme in 2008, Graham has held a variety of leadership roles across the organisation. In his most recent position as claims proposition and change manager, Graham was responsible for delivering improvements to enhance customer experience and streamline claims processes, with a particular focus on digital initiatives, which included a secondment at Allianz’s Global Digital Factory in Munich.
