TyloHelo is changing its name to Sauna360
The Nordic company TyloHelo that houses some of the world’s finest sauna brands has changed its name to Sauna360. The objective is to let the incorporated brands shine in their own identities and strengths, while Sauna360 plays a strategic and supporting role.
In 2017, Swedish Tylö and Finnish Helo merged into TyloHelo, attempting to build a strong brand that would take over and carry the history, strengths, and identities of established brands. In hindsight, unique values and strong market positions were lost with that strategy. Therefore, the owners announced today that the name TyloHelo has ceased to exist. The company is now known as Sauna360, with the intent to revitalize the strength of the well-known brands Tylö, Helo, Kastor, Finnleo, and Amerec.
The world of wellness is prospering, and the company is very optimistic about the future. With Sauna360 playing a strategic and supportive role, the incorporated brands will represent unique values and together build a complete offer with traditional sauna, steam, and infrared warmth. The next steps will be to create new web pages, initiate marketing activities, and investigate new opportunities for growth and progress. Down the road, the company is aiming for an IPO (Initial Public Offering).
Our collaborators and customers may rest assured that this change will have no implications on existing contracts, nor are any actions required. However, as some issues are still pending, we kindly ask for your patience while we continue the process of changing the company name.
