Trioworld erwirbt Palamy-BRJ

Am 25. Juni unterzeichnete die Trioworld-Gruppe eine Vereinbarung zur Übernahme der französischen Unternehmen Palamy und BRJ durch den Kauf aller Aktien der Sopal SAS. Palamy SAS (Palamy) und Beaudet et René Jean Emballage SAS (BRJ) sind beide führende Anbieter von Hochleistungs-Verpackungslösungen für Brot, Tiefkühlkost und andere Konsumverpackungen auf dem französischen Markt.

Trioworld to acquire Palamy-BRJ

On June 25, Trioworld Group signed an agreement to acquire the French companies Palamy and BRJ through a purchase of all the shares in Sopal SAS. Palamy SAS (Palamy) and Beaudet et René Jean Emballage SAS (BRJ) are both leading players in high performance packaging solutions for bread, frozen food, and other consumer packaging applications in the French market.
