Eklund Foundation open for applicants from 1 May

Applications for Eklund Foundation for Odontological Research and Education are accepted through the online portal at eklundfoundation.org from 1 May. Last day of application is 31 May.

– Experimental as well as clinical studies in all fields of dentistry are welcome, with projects in periodontology, implantology, and cariology being especially prioritized, says Anna Nilvéus Olofsson, DDS, Specialist in Paediatric Dentistry, and one of the foundation’s reviewers.

Eklund Foundation for Odontological Research and Education was established in 2015 with the aim of supporting international research and education within the dental field. EUR 160,000 was distributed to odontological research in 2016 as well as in 2017. This year, the foundation will distribute in total EUR 160,000 to selected high-quality projects. The successful candidates will be announced during the autumn of 2018.
