On January 17, 2025, Formex takes a significant step by inviting the public to a unique trend evening for the first time in its history. On Friday evening, after the regular exhibition halls have closed, the entrance square will open for Public Hours.
Stockholm Furniture Fair Talks 2025 brings together some of the leading voices in the design and architecture industry. Curated in collaboration with Dezeen and Designo Journal, the programme features prominent names such as Faye Toodgood, Ineke Hans, Ini Archibong as well as Snøhetta, Schemata Architects and Clap Studio.

Materials, sustainability and innovation take center stage at three unique design bars devised by Fyra, Emma Olbers and All Matters Studio for the Stockholm Furniture Fair in February.

From 17th to 19th January 2025, the year's first Formex will take place. A key highlight will be the main exhibition in the entrance square, which this time is being created by the digital creator Kristin “Krickelin” Lagerqvist. With her unique approach to creativity and expression, Lagerqvist will transform the entrance area into a living home with a focus on craftsmanship.
In August 2023, Stockholmsmässan was presented with a challenge – to host a grand awards gala for a European company celebrating its top salespeople from across the globe. With a guest list of 2,000 and expectations for a spectacular and unforgettable experience, Stockholmsmässan became the natural choice, thanks to the venue's ability to provide flexible, versatile and high-tech facilities.
The renowned designer and artist Faye Toogood is the 20th Guest of Honour at Stockholm Furniture Fair. Her installation, MANUFRACTURE, is dedicated to the hands of craft, with her private archive of maquettes taking centre stage to encourage a dialogue about the maker and the making.

As Guest of Honour at Stockholm Furniture 2025, Toogood will create a captivating installation in the entrance hall. August 27-29, it's time for Formex. When the fair opens for the 116th time at Stockholmsmässan, visitors will be treated to a mix of speakers, workshops, and design happenings. As always, unique theme and trend exhibitions and new types of café collaborations will be created, this time by Anna Starrén, Hilke Collection, Silk-ka Flowers, and Jan Rundgren.
