Sigma Technology Wins Dun & Bradstreet’s AAA Platinum Excellence Certificate
Sigma Technology Hungary has received an AAA Platinum Excellence Certificate from Dun & Bradstreet (former Bisnode) for the third year in a row, proving our Budapest-based team’s dedication to delivering superior supplier and employer value.
The Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) rating system is a time-tested rating model showcasing a company's financial stability. First introduced in Sweden in 1989, D&B ratings help companies demonstrate their business reliability in the form of certificates. In Hungary, only 0.63% of the companies deserve an AAA rating, while only 9.82% deserve all rating levels - AAA, AA or are eligible for a D&B certificate, and even a small fraction of these is Platinum-worthy.

Internationally, Dun & Bradstreet (D&A) has been rating companies in view of their reliability since 1908; its company information and company rating services are among the most widespread solutions across Europe.
Issued with AAA, AA, and A ratings, D&A certificates indicate the stability of companies and that companies in possession of such ratings – i.e., D&A certificates – have steady financial standing. In the Nordic countries, Bisnode certificates carry the weight of a credit rating system. The AAA company rating was introduced in 1989, and firms have had the opportunity to demonstrate their business reliability in the form of certificates since 1996.
