Press release -

Sigma Technology Hungary wins the Prism Award 2021 and The Coaching-Mindset Company of the Year title

On November 12, the Prism Award program rewarded businesses and institutions that have put an emphasis on building a strong coaching culture within their respective organizations. Sigma Technology Hungary was among the winners and became eligible to use “The Coaching-Mindset Company of the Year” title.

The ICF (International Coaching Federation) holds the Prism Award competition annually among local organizations.

Coaching programs must be implemented in accordance with strict ICF-standards, as the Federation conducts its evaluation along various key points. ICF investigates whether a nominee’s organization supports realistic strategic goals and the ability to shape its corporate culture. Partaking organizations must prove that the positive impact of the coaching practices they have implemented do have a measurable impact on the operations of the organization.

The Prism Award for the Hungarian Section of the ICF is open for profit-oriented and non-profit organizations alike, regardless of their size.

The same requirements apply to all nominees. Among various development processes, coaching must stand out in the life of the company, shaping the corporate culture within the organization. The nominees must also make sure that the coaching agreements they have made are aligned with ICF’s Code of Ethics, as well as ensuring that the internal and/or external coaches who they have employed so far possess the standard and required ICF qualifications.

Sigma Technology Hungary offers support via various coaching activities on a regular basis, such as team coaching, soft-skill training options based on regular feedback from employees, and a wide variety of Ambassador programs with the clear objective to improve social life within the establishment. Sigma Technology Hungary also provides opportunity for their employees to organize extra-curricular, profession-related workshops for outsiders (e. g.: Skool mentoring programs), further embedding one of the company’s core value: corporate social responsibility.

The activities are held both online and offline by two professional coaches: Adrienn Zemancsik, with focus on individual leadership coaching, and Balázs Supola, who is responsible for evolving the team collaboration and culture within the organization.

Balázs Supola, Unit manager at Sigma Technology Hungary, shares: “Our company is building long-term relationships with staff and partners, based on trust and loyalty. We find it crucial for our team to recognize that they are working in a safe place, surrounded by opportunities. Thus, we put a lot of effort into it. Since this award comes from the experts of coaching, it is a good confirmation that we are on the right track.”
