New round of ONE Trainee Program in cooperation with Sigma Young Talent

This autumn, AFA Insurance will start the second round of the ONE Trainee Program in cooperation with Sigma Young Talent. ONE is an abbreviation for AFA Insurance’s core values which are (In Swedish): Omtanke, Nytta and Enkelhet (Care, Benefit and Simplicity) and that permeate the entire organization of AFA Insurance.

ONE Trainee Program starts in September 2020 and it is tailored to fit AFA Insurance’s needs for developers within application, platform and test. The program provides the participants with education, mentoring and social activities alongside daily work. During the program the participants are employed by Sigma Young Talent to continue their careers after the program at AFA Insurance.

The first program, starting in 2018, became a great success, and we now continue with lessons learned and involvement from previous participants who have now continued their careers within AFA Insurance.
