Bain & Company, Avendus laud Everise as Next-Gen BPO
In 2015, Sudhir Agarwal, a founding member of Aegis, was asked if he was going to re-enter the BPO industry.
Upon reflection, he stated that the only way he knew forward was to create a next-generation BPO, founded on the premise of disrupting and transforming the customer experience industry.

Yet analysts and industry are beginning to laud Everise as a true next-gen BPO.
In a recent webinar entitled “COVID-19 Implications for IT and ITeS” the world’s leading management consulting firm, Bain & Company, called out Everise, amongst global players like Accenture, as a digitally oriented business positioned to thrive through a down market.

But Bain & Company isnt the only one.
