Available from 25 May to 25 June 2020, Executive Chef Ben Zeng (曾泽彬) and Dim Sum Chef Ho Kam Fai (何淦挥) join hands to charm taste buds with five flavourful interpretationsshowcasing perennial favourites and a nutritious new creation.

For a tasty dose of nourishing calories, the filling of this new delicacy is both texture and nutrition rich, comprising green beans, black sesame, barley, corn, peanuts and premium glutinous rice. Elevating its flavour to delightful heights, is the addition of sweet Cordyceps Flowers, that according to Traditional Chinese Medicine, also boosts immunity and replenishes energy.
