Spice Brasserie Returns With A Complete Dining Experience
Singapore, 6 August 2020 – Along with the transition into Phase II, the recently renovated all-day dining restaurant at PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road, Spice Brasserie, reopened for dine-in on 20 July 2020. Following the successful launch of the e-shop featuring signature dishes available for takeout or delivery, the culinary team took advantage of the downtime to refresh the signature Asian Street Food spread, to showcase the region’s popular street dishes in a la carte buffet style this time round. Enhanced safety measures were put in place to ensure peace of mind for guests dining in.
Asian Street Food Dine-in Specials
Savour the best Asian street dishes from the region, namely Asia - Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, India, Malaysia, Vietnam and of course, Singapore; made with quality ingredients at an extremely good value.
Weekend A La Carte Buffet
Introducing an all-new buffet concept and a new ordering system implemented so diners can feast to their hearts’ content with a peace of mind. Expect unlimited servings of signature creations such as the Crispy Pork Roll, Charcoal Broken Rice Claypot Porridge with Seafood, and Hand-Tossed flavoured Naan cooked to order. Look out for all-time favourite Chilli Crab with Mantou, new additions like Truffle Noodles, Vietnamese Sugarcane Prawns and more.
