Why not start your evening at the hotel’s award-winning ABODE Bistro & Bar for an indulgent – and delicious, four-course degustation menu, paired with an exquisite three-and-a-half-hour premium beverage package.

Afterwards, make your way up to the luxurious Club Lounge on Level 9 where you can enjoy a selection of canapés and premium beverages, while soaking up exclusive panoramic views of Sydney’s annual spectacular Darling Harbour fireworks display as it lights up the night sky.

Following dinner, take the short stroll down to the Darling Harbour precinct for your front row view of the 9:00pm fireworks display.
