KONE Corporation, press release, March 16, 2016

KONE, a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, has won an order to supply 13 elevators to the Australia 108 apartment building development on 70 Southbank Boulevard in Melbourne. Representing the latest in luxury apartment living in the city, the 100-floor building will house over 1,100 apartments and will become Melbourne's first super-tall skyscraper, measuring 319 meters.

Upon its completion, Australia 108 will be the tallest apartment building in the southern hemisphere. The building will feature three levels of world-class residential amenities, including two infinity pools located 210 meters above ground.

KONE's people flow solutions will complement Australia 108's luxury design and high-quality facilities, and ensure smooth and safe traveling for its residents.
