Open house for working moms and their children at Yuhan-Kimberly Family Day

Yuhan-Kimberly is widely known as a great company to work for, particularly for women. As part of the company’s efforts to improve diversity and build an inclusive culture, the Korea Women’s Interactive Network (K-WIN) was established with the objective of expanding the female talent pool and developing women leadership at Yuhan-Kimberly.

On 2 August, K-WIN organized the Yuhan-Kimberly Family Day attended by about 140 participants and their children aged 3 to 15 at Yuhan-Kimberly’s head office. The young attendees leant more about their parents’ workplace through company and product presentations and an office tour, andtook part in engaging activities from a magic show to hands-on fun with Kleenex facial tissues & skincare package design.

Yuhan-Kimberly Family Day is an example of our efforts in facilitating work life balance for working moms.Through events like this, Yuhan-Kimberly is facilitating peer group networking and fostering a caring and family-friendly work environment conducive for female talent.
