The Exagres and Reliefed teams, together in Spain to kick off the new project.

Reliefed and Exagres launch a joint project, financed by the Swedish Energy Agency, to reduce CO₂ emissions in ceramic tile manufacturing.

In a soft-funded project, supported by the Swedish Energy Agency, Reliefed Technologies will demonstrate the potential of the z.trusion® technology to reduce CO₂ emissions in the ceramic brick and tile industry. Together with the Spanish company Exagres, the objective is to reduce energy consumption in tile production by up to 50% and decrease the required materials by 10–20%.

Efficient cooling flow patterns enabled with z.trusion®

Reliefed’s z.truded® battery cooling plate delivers at Polestar battery test lab

Reliefed and Polestar are collaborating to drive innovation and advance technology as part of an EIC (European Innovation Council) funded project: “z.truded® tab cooled battery solution”. A customised z.trusion® cooling plate, adapted for a Polestar prototype battery pack module, has now been tested at Polestar with positive results.

Reliefed advances next-generation z.truded® bipolar fuel cell plates together with mobility OEM and receives Swedish Energy Agency grant

Reliefed has successfully completed the initial phase of producing z.truded® bipolar fuel cell plates, in a project sponsored by Vinnova, Sweden’s innovation agency. Given the positive results, Reliefed is now granted new funding, this time from the Swedish Energy Agency, to advance the plate to the next level, where it will be tested in a system environment in a new project with a mobility OEM.

A z.truded® bipolar fuel cell plate from the trial at ZBT

Technological leap demonstrated in successful trial with z.truded® bipolar plates at ZBT

Reliefed has produced z.truded® bipolar fuel cell plates with successful results at ZBT, demonstrating the efficiency of the z.trusion® technology. During a single day, the z.trusion® tool was installed, commissioning was prepared, hundreds of recyclable plates were produced, and the tool was dismantled, altogether showcasing the simplicity of setting up production.
