Lunch event in Helsinki with experienced business leader Lauri Ratia

On Wednesday, November 13, our Vinga Helsinki office organised a lunch event where experienced business leader Lauri Ratia spoke on "Leading a Company in Crisis". Lauri Ratia is a Finnish industrial counsellor and experienced board professional. He has played a key role in reviving organisations such as the Turku Shipyard, Terrafame, and Stockmann. Over his career, Ratia has held executive and board positions at major companies, including Stora Enso and Kone. He serves as the Chairman of Terrafame's board and has received recognition like the "Business Leader of the Year" award in 2023. His recently published book highlighted his successes in leading several companies through crises. The guests received a copy of Lauri's book and the opportunity to get a personalised autograph!
