Asylum data demands stricter security

The threat landscape is evolving and authorities respond by sharpening security requirements. In April of 2019 VERIFIED welcomed a Finnish delegation for a security audit inspection. Following the first steps in the development of the contract between MIGRI and VERIFIED for language analysis, the security audit inspection was conducted in compliance with KATAKRI 2015, a tool containing a set of minimal requirements set forth by the Finnish national legislation and regulations.

The meeting was successful, as VERIFIED has proved to meet most of the requirements set forth by the Finnish delegation. With the help of KATAKRI 2015, VERIFIED now has a clear structure to follow in the pursuit of data security. The support received from MIGRI in this endeavour is greatly appreciated.
