On November 2, SLOWFASHIONhouse.com is opening a new department

On November 2, SLOWFASHIONhouse.com is opening a new department on the third floor of the virtual department store. The new department is called SLOWDESIGNhouse and will offer a creative selection of exquisite design, handpicked by Rigetta Klint. The selection will range from small collectable lifestyle pieces to furniture made to order. The focus is to present high quality items which create harmony in its beauty and choice of idiom. The new department will not only display the items for sale but also function as a gallery and a place for inspiration. Items will be replaced over time in a constant flow of beauty brought to a global audience. "Harmony is important and I spend time looking for pieces which really have that little something extra. This is like a gallery which I am the curator of and I want to share my passion for design and beauty with our customers. The items will vary in prize, size and idiom in a surprising way," said Rigetta Klint, designer and founder of SLOWFASHIONhouse.com, and says the following about her choices:
