Wahoo Adds Teams to Deepen Support for Pro Road Racing - 14 Pro Teams Are Now Training and Racing with the Wahoo Ecosystem

For the 2021 professional road racing season, more teams than ever before are recognising the performance advantages of training and competing with Wahoo’s class-leading GPS devices, indoor training ecosystem, and pedals.

As the season gets set to begin, Wahoo is proud to support its largest-ever slate of professional athletes with 14 professional road racing teams competing at the continental and World Tour levels. Wahoo’s full product line will be visible in the professional peloton, with ELEMNT GPS computers and ELEMNT RIVAL watch allowing athletes to more easily measure and track their racing, training, and recovery. The unsurpassed ride feel and accuracy of the KICKR indoor cycling ecosystem will enhance athletes’ training and pre-race warmups.

Long known for making the most reliable, easiest-to-use cycling electronics, Wahoo added Speedplay pedals to its portfolio in 2019 and is excited to have more teams on the world’s only dual-sided road pedals in 2021. Similarly, Wahoo unveiled its first GPS watch, the ELEMNT RIVAL in late 2020. In 2021, select teams will have the chance to use this new wearable device to track off-bike activities and metrics, including strength training and other gym sessions, as well as heart rate, and steps.
