Revelop recruits three new employees
Stockholm, 22 August: Revelop continues to invest in its vertically integrated organisation through the recruitment of three new employees to the Investment and Fund & Portfolio Management teams. The company is currently executing on many interesting investment opportunities in the Swedish market and is committed to maintain its leadership within the sustainable transformation of the built environment.
Revelop is an active player in the Swedish real estate market and has already during 2024 acquired a total of 11 new assets in two separate transactions with a total asset value of SEK 1 billion, while in parallel securing more than SEK 2.4 billion in new equity commitments for its latest flagship value add fund.
To take advantage of the attractive market opportunities that Revelop see in the Swedish market two experienced Directors have been recruited to the investment team - Bram Broekmeulen and Tomas Rockström.
Bram Broekmeulen joined earlier this summer and brings valuable experience to the investment side from similar roles at Tristan Capital in London as well as Timeless Investments in Amsterdam.
Tomas Rockström recently joined from Brunswick Real Estate and has in-depth experience from investments, business development and strategic analysis. Tomas also has experience from Nordisk Renting as Analyst and Business Manager.
Revelop also strengthens its Fund & Portfolio Management team with the recruitment of Gustaf Kjellström as Analyst. Gustaf joins from Slättö Förvaltning and has previously worked at Deloitte as an Analyst at M&A Transaction Services.
