Revelop continues to strengthen its real estate management team with three new hires
Stockholm, October 9, 2024 – Revelop announces the addition of three experienced professionals to its growing real estate team, further adding to its dedicated capacity to revitalize real estate for a sustainable future.
In the last twelve months Revelop has actively taken advantage of the market dislocation and acquired assets with a gross value of more than SEK 2 billion, in-line with its value-add strategy. With significant available capital and high demand from Investors for its products Revelop expect to continue to actively invest in its targeted submarkets in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Öresund, acquiring assets with significant transformation potential.
Nizar Mabrouk joins Revelop as Real Estate Manager and brings extensive experience in implementing value-add strategies across various asset categories in real estate with a focus on industrial. Nizar most recently worked at Areim as Asset Manager and previously at Newsec.
Mathias Björnfot has been appointed Leasing Manager for Revelops co-working concept, C/O Workspace. With background at SkandiaMäklarna and Tesla, Mathias will strengthen the C/O Workspace team, driving the continued development of Revelop’s innovative workspace solutions.
Earlier this year, Cale Kubena joined as Technical Developer & Project Leader. Cale brings solid expertise in technical management and property management, having previously worked at Lexium and Bravida.
