Revelop announces senior hire to its Investment Team

Stockholm, 14 January: Revelop further strengthens its leadership team with the recruitment of Johan Johansson as Executive Director, Investment. This strategic hire underscores Revelop’s continued commitment to building a stronger platform that can capitalise on attractive market opportunities.

Johan Johansson, a real estate investment professional with pan-European experience, brings additional extensive expertise in real estate transactions, business development and investment structuring.

Johan has more than 13 years of industry experience of which the past 10 years internationally, most recently at Partners Group in Switzerland in Real Estate Direct Investments. Prior to that he worked at Starwood Capital Group in London within Commercial Real Estate and at Savills Capital Markets in Stockholm.

The recruitment comes following Revelop’s successful capital raising activities which makes the firm well positioned to capitalize on current market opportunity that the Swedish real estate market offers. 2024 was a strong investment year for Revelop with 6 acquistions, comprising 21 assets, representing SEK 1.6 billion in asset value.

Johan has proven track record of driving complex transactions, formulating strategies, and delivering strong investment results in competitive markets. He started in his new role early January 2025.
