Proton Technology grow in Italy
Proton Technology continues to expand internationally. With the new partner MaterialScan, customers in Italy get access to Proton Technology's unique offer and expertise in corrosion- and surface analysis.
Proton Technology strives to be a global partner in terms of corrosion- and surface analysis. Expanding internationally is therefore part of Proton Technology's long-term growth strategy. Today more than 55 % of the revenue comes from customers outside Sweden, mainly from Europe.
- Our growth will mainly come from establishing new business relationships in both testing and sales. Our goal is to offer a seamless end-to-end solution where we meet the specific needs of our customers. In this case in Italy, says Joakim Ekström, Technical Sales Manager and Corrosion test expert, Proton Technology.
Italy is a very interesting market with a lot of companies within automotive, maritime, and the metal sector. MaterialScan was founded in 2015 and specializes in laboratory tests on metals and plastics. MaterialScan also offers technical consulting for Quality Control, failure analysis and material selection.
- This partnership with Proton Technology gives us the opportunity to enter the market with a strong partner and qualified service. My impression of Proton Technology is that they stand for high quality and a qualified approach to customers with a short lead-time in service provision, says Alessio Ferluga, CEO Materialscan S.r.l
