Almedalen Week starts on June 25 and for four days Almedalen is filled with conversations and meetings. Have you never been there? Go there with an open mind and take part in the fantastic range of presentations, panel talks, discussions and knowledge transfer. Have you been there before? Then you know what to expect. A nice mix of solid planning and an attitude that anything can happen in Visby's alleys.

How can we use the power of digitization to make the construction and property industry climate-smart? (Presentation)

Building and renovating resource efficiently is one of the biggest challenges for our society. Digitization (for real) can be a great catalyst to create uninterrupted data flows and accelerate sustainable construction.

In this presentation, we also get to hear a material manufacturer (Brukspecialisten), with a circular business model and with extensive experience in recycling and sustainable material solutions, giving his and their view on how digitization provides important keys to succeed in meeting the rapidly growing and changing demands of the market.

How can we use the power of digitization to make the construction and property industry climate-smart? (Presentation)

Being able to actively choose suitable building and interior products based on their climate impact, circularity and health-affecting properties is an important opportunity. Knowledge of the projects' climate impact is necessary.

In this presentation, we will also hear how one of the Nordics' largest listed real estate companies is actively working on climate calculations for its projects with a focus on tenant adaptations.
