Ann-Sofie Olsson new CEO for Playscan AB
Ann-Sofie Olsson has been appointed CEO of Playscan AB, a subsidiary of Svenska Spel AB. Ann-Sofie has served as acting CEO since Svenska Spel acquired the company in March 2010

Ann-Sofie has a solid background in the gaming industry. She came to Svenska Spel in October 2003 and has had roles as marketing and product development manager , business area manager for VLT’s, head of Svenska Spel's CSR activities and public affairs and later as acting Director of Information.
Subsidiaries of Svenska Spel
Playscan is a subsidiary of Svenska Spel and delivers unique and customized solutions concerning problem gambling for the international and national gaming market.
The company was created in a development and research project between Svenska Spel, ICU Intelligence and Spelinstitutet, looking at the possibility of using technology, data and behavioural sciences, to build the ultimate responsible gaming tool.
Playscan ™ was launched in June 2007 on svenskaspel.se. Playscan ™ analyze and thereby classify the player on its current and future activities, and how their behaviour develops.
Agreement with Finnish RAY
Playscan™ is licensed to other gaming operators with strong involvement within responsible gaming. Today, the French La Française des Jeux and Swedish Millionlotteriet offers Playscan ™ to their customers. Recently an agreement was signed with Finnish RAY.
Playscan AB is being built up as an independent, operational subsidiary to Svenska spel, with both Swedish and international customers. Svenska Spel acting CEO Anders Hägg is the Chairman of Playscan AB. The headquartered is located in Gothenburg.

Playscan AB combines cutting edge technologies with the expert knowledge and experience of gaming behaviour, problem gambling and CSR Playscan is developed in cooperation with the Spelistitutet and the cooperation was launched back in 2007 at SvenskaSpel.se in june 2007.
