Spanish creative talent Victor Moreno joins Open Communications as all-round Intern
Bienvenido a Open Victor! With an eye for photography, design and all things digital, our new all-round creative, Victor, is a welcome addition to our growing international team.
A native of Madrid, Victor has worked as an art director, designer, photographer and fashion editor at agencies in Madrid, Barcelona and Stockholm. Curious and adventurous at heart, he arrived in Stockholm a few years back in search of a vintage Hagström guitar. He ended up with both a guitar and a Swedish girlfriend.
Taking a 360-degree approach
Victor has worked at a range of top agencies, including Footcone & Belding, Shackleton Direct, Amsterdam-based Euro RSCG Fuel and Dowell//Stubbs, which later became part of Gyro. During his time at Fuel, he was involved in 360-degree communications for the Volvo global advertising account, including cutting edge digital and design work.
Rolling Stone to Modern Museum
Following his stint in the ad biz, he decided to explore photography and worked as an assistant photographer, soon acquiring his own projects for prominent clients such as Svenska Institutet, Dazed and Confused, Rolling Stone magazine and Absolut. With a passion for art and culture, he has also contributed articles for the Stockholm Film Festival, Museum of Modern Art in Stockholm and others.
Educated at Forsbergs School of Design
Victor holds degrees from the K3 School of Arts and Communication in Malmö and Forsbergs School of Design. We’re very happy to have Victor aboard out team as a creative intern – and even happier to hear him sing R. Kelly lyrics in Spanish.
