Ausy acquires the Swedish company Mobytech

The French Group Ausy, specializing in High Technology and Engineering, acquired the Swedish telecom-company Mobytech on May 11th 2012.  Last year Ausy had a turn-over of M€ 294, an increase by 48.6 % compared to the previous year. Mobytech located in Lund reached a turn-over of about M€ 2.5 2011 for 20 staff. MOLL WENDÉN has been Ausy’s legal counsel in the process.

By finalizing the acquisition of Swedish company MOBYTECH, the AUSY Group expands its International network in Northern Europe, according the Groups’ press release (pdf).

This locally-developed expertise shall enhance the Group’s European assistance capabilities and enrich its global offer, notably regarding Project Management. Finally, this transaction perfectly matches with AUSY’s affirmed will to expand its positions on the thriving Northern European markets following its successful expansion to Germany. In parallel, to further assist its clients on new projects, the AUSY Group reaffirms its 2012 recruitment target of over 1,200 new Staff.

Mobytech is located at Ideon Science Park in Lund and was founded in 2005. The company specializes in mobile telecom, process automation and life science, and comprises 23 employees.
