Silva Hanell: From the Nordics to IMEA

After eight years of dedicated service as Investment Leader in the Swedish office, we are pleased to share some exciting news about Silva Hanell's next chapter at Mercer.

Mercer's investments business in Sweden and the Nordics has achieved remarkable growth under Silva's leadership. Her strategic vision and commitment to putting clients first have been crucial in positioning Mercer's value proposition and our investment team for continued success.

Silva's work in the Nordics has also been marked by significant achievements. She has expanded both our assets under management (AUM) and elevated Mercer's value proposition through strategic partnerships. To support this growth Silva has assembled and mentored a great local team, built strong regional connections for our business and she has nurtured even stronger client relationships.

Effective August 1, Silva will be relocating from Stockholm to Dubai to take on the role of Head of Sales, Investments IMEA. In her new capacity, Silva will report to Tarek Lofty, Mercer President and Wealth Leader, IMEA, where she will work with the team in place to growth Mercer client base in the IMEA region.

As Silva transitions to her new role, we are confident that her expertise and dedication will continue to drive success for Mercer in the IMEA region. We look forward to witnessing Silva's continued impact and are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for the IMEA team.
