We are honored to welcome Wagyu cattle farmer Martin Johansson from @bjursunds_slakteri and @iwagyu_ab . The supply of wagyu is very limited, and only a few animals are butchered annually from his farm. Martin has reserved two animals just for this evening!
Wagyu meat has a special character and taste, thanks to the unique marbling of fat in the muscles. Our menu will include autumn truffles, oysters and of course, world-class Swedish Wagyu.
