Pilates is the perfect form of exercise as it is gentle, safe and effective at strengthening the deep support muscles (the core), while also keeping the body flexible and able to adapt to a shifting center of gravity. Pilates is also helpful in preparation for labor, and in core muscle recovery after the birth. Pilates is wonderful at all stages of pregnancy. Read more here
Prenatal Yoga will prepare you both mentally and physically for the upcoming birth of your baby. Yoga during pregnancy will increase the well-being for both mother and baby. Our yoga has it´s roots in the Hatha yoga tradition and has helped thousands of mothers in their birth preparation. Read more here
Water Gymnastics is a fantastic form of excersise during preganancy because of the gentle resistance from the warm water.
It is fun and will give you a great cardio-muscular workout. The class also includes relaxation excersises and is suitable in all stages of pregnancy. Read more here
