Den 15-17 april välkomnar Lydmar Hotel kökschef Tore Gustafsson från den omtalade Köpenhamns-restaurangen Paté Paté för ett tre dagars gästspel i Lydmars matsal. Paté Patés kök är rustikt med franska, spanska och marockanska influenser och under de tre kvällarna erbjuder Lydmar en à la carte ackompanjerad av till gästspelet speciellt utvalda viner som även serveras på Paté Paté.
