Loggamera and Spotscale present, in a unique collaboration on digital twins: "Buildings decoded with insights"

The two PropTech companies from Sweden are on a joint mission to take facility management, optimization and preventive maintenance to a new level. Making all your devices and data accessible, visible and easy to manage. Having insights gives control and control means lower maintenance costs.

The service builds on Spotscale's automatically generated models in 3D based on drone imagery and any open standard format for inside measurements, together with integrated real-time data-feed from any sensor connected directly, or via API:s, to the Loggamera platform.

”This collaboration adds increased value to our real estate customers. Dynamic data from sensors and systems complement our 3D world. Together we make digital twins available to the market for all property owners", says Ludvig Emgård, CEO and founder at Spotscale.

Loggamera has developed the Loggamera platform as a service (PaaS) for Internet of Things (IoT) since 2013. We collect and process data from thousands of types of sensors within the areas Heating, ventilation, Cooling (HVAC), power and wireless sensors (LoRa).

The results are presented based on use case: Control and Adjustments (Properties, Schools, etc), Individual Metering and Charging (IMD Power, IMD Water, IMD Heating), Monitoring and Control (HVAC systems).

Loggamera's customers are property owners, property management companies, real estate developers, municipalities and organizations. Loggamera is based in Sweden and represented all over Europe with partner network.
