This 45-minute, full-body circuit workout combines functional training with a sense of community and expert coaching to deliver a complete fitness experience. The workout has been a smashing success in clubs in New Zealand the past five years and now it launches globally.
LES MILLS CEREMONY is scientifically designed to build both strength and cardiovascular endurance. With motivating music, supportive coaches, and a team spirit that pushes participants to their limits, this program offers a unique and powerful way to train.

LES MILLS CEREMONY is tailored to fit a variety of training environments, offering options depending on available equipment. Example of equipment used include ski ergs, rowers, free weights, resistance bands, and/or benches.
