The prolonged in-between, beginnings and endings by Master of Fine Art student Johanna Kim

Welcome to the vernissage for her solo exhibition I Spit from my Retina at Galleri Konstfack, Friday 21 March at 5–8 pm
Johanna Kim (b.2001) is interested in the idea of the prolonged in-between. Of beginnings, endings as well as the avoidance and consequences that happen through these imaginary actions that take place in the middle. She works with the process and release of emotion through time and continuation. The middle as a transformation, as a reflection of reality in fantasy that could be the deciding factor of what an ending might be or continue into. She talks from the back of her head, from her eye, from her retina to her mouth and she makes a sound.

The exhibition is open 22–30 March, weekdays 12–17, weekends 12–16
