Entanglements is the result of a year long partnership between the Hallwyl Museum and Research Lab at Konstfack University of Arts, Crafts and Design. Five contemporary artists working with craft have investigated the house, its archives and its histories and creating new works in response; Diana Butucariu, Mike Fedak, Caitlin Heffernan, María Renée Morales Lam and Harry Parr-Young.

An open all-day seminar at Konstfack, 18 April, 9 am to 5 pm. The Department of Visual Arts and Sloyd Education at Konstfack University of Arts, Crafts and Design is happy to invite you to this seminar with a starting point in the shared history that Sweden and South Africa have, connected to the Evangelical Lutheran Church's (ELC) Arts and Craft Center in Rorke's Drift.
"All Walls, Endless Waves" is an exhibition showcasing the recent works of first year master students in the Crafts department. Investigating the waves of experience and exploring ways of what has been and what could be, we study growth.
The exhibition Brown Island is a resistance towards the white heteronormative environment, creating a space curated by and for people of colour. The content of the work reflects our lived experiences and creative expressions.
Konstfack is Sweden’s largest university for arts, crafts and design. Since 1844, we have educated a diverse range of professionals within these fields as well as art and sloyd teachers.
