Kodiak Rating is searching for a new Sales Lead to join our fast-growing team!
We are looking for an individual who is ready to take on new challenges while working in a dynamic, agile and fast paced work environment. Our team is international, energetic and tight knit; so having a good sense of humor and the ability to work well in a team is always appreciated.
As a Sales Lead, one will be responsible for acquiring new customers and creating new sales. This position will be instrumental for our growth, and the development of our quickly-growing sales organization.
Stepping into this role, we expect candidates to have the skills required to sell independently, but work within the framework of a collaborative organization. Candidates' competencies and drive should be aligned with those of a SDR (Sales Development Representative). Meaning, candidates should have an analytical approach and a consistently goal-oriented execution in their sales style.
