The bond issued by Trygghem Projekt 1 AB (publ) has been listed
As per December 21th, Nasdaq First North Bond Market approved the Listing of Bonds-application made by Trygghem Projekt 1 AB (publ) and the first day of trading will be today (December 27th). The bond issue had a total volume of SEK 200 000 000 and NOK 50 000 000. The SEK bond has the ticker TRYGG_SEK and ISIN SE0008294169. The NOK bond has the ticker TRYGG_NOK and ISIN NO0010764277. The bonds mature in May 2020 and have a fixed interest rate of 10.50% p.a. with quarterly coupon payments.
JOOL Capital Partner AB acted as arranger of the bond and marketed the offer which attracted a lot of interest. Roschier law firm acted as legal advisors, Mangold Fondkommission AB acted as financial advisors and Intertrust (Sweden) AB as bond trustee.
