Placement of a bond issue for Solnes Invest AS successfully completed

Maturity: 24 months (+/- 6 months)
The bond offering for Solnes Invest AS has been successfully completed. The issue attracted a high demand and was oversubscribed and the book consisted of a diversified base of 23 individual and institutional investors. The bond offer has an issue amount of NOK 75 m with a fixed interest rate of 11.00% p.a. The bond issue has been offered in NOK and SEK and will have quarterly interest payments. JOOL Markets AS acted as Sole Manager and bookrunner for the offering.
The bonds have first priority mortgage over properties and 100% share pledge in the issuer and the property company.
Grette law firm acted as legal advisors and Intertrust Norway AS as bond trustee. The bonds will be registered through the VPS system.
