Tools gain access to high-tech tools through collaboration with Instant Systems

Today at Underhållsmässan 2020, taking place at the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Center in Gothenburg, the multinational industrial equipment supplier Tools announced that it is collaborating with Instant Systems, located in Borås, Sweden.

This collaboration will give Tools access to a suite of automated inventory systems that will empower their customers to have access to real time inventory data. When asked what makes this partnership so important, Lennart Svensson, Business Developer at Tools, replied “This is a paradigm shift within our industry. Not only does this enable us to reach a new level of precision and efficiency, but also gives our customers access to data and features that will allow them to be even more competitive.” Tools feel this leap in technology will give it a competitive advantage over competitors such as Grainger and Fastenal.

Instant Systems CEO Kristian Silbvers says “This is a perfect match where technology opens up new doors and possibilities that were not available before. We are very happy to give Tools and their customers access to our technology. They have a strong brand and an engaged management team.”

The technology will soon be made available for the North American market through Instant Systems American sister company Instant Retail Systems being led by Mike DeLazzer, co-founder of the Redbox technology. DeLazzer says “Previously I was part of the disruption of the entertainment industry by making the brick and mortar rental store obsolete. With this technology I see the equipment supply industry changing fundamentally on an even larger scale.”
