Styrelsen för GWS Production AB beslutar om nyemission inför planerad listning på First North
Styrelsen i GWS Production AB (”GWS”) har beslutat att genomföra en emission av units bestående av aktier och teckningsoptioner under augusti-september 2014. Den planerade emissionen innebär att bolaget kan tillföras högst cirka 20 miljoner SEK genom aktier i ett första steg och ytterligare högst cirka 30 miljoner SEK genom teckningsoptioner i ett senare skede.
