GP Bullhound appoints Oskar Herdland as Director, Equity Capital Markets

Stockholm, 27 June 2016 – GP Bullhound, the technology investment bank, today announced that Oskar Herdland has joined its Investment Banking team as Director, Equity Capital Markets.

Based in Stockholm, Oskar will lead GP Bullhound’s equity capital markets activities. Previously, Oskar was CEO and Head of Equities at SEB Enskilda in New York.

Prior to his role of CEO and Head of Equities at SEB Enskilda in New York, Oskar worked with institutional equity sales on Wall Street. Before this, he covered the tech sector in Silicon Valley after starting his career as an equity analyst for Enskilda Securities based in Stockholm in the 90s. He graduated from Uppsala University and UCF.

Passionate about technology, innovation and entrepreneurs, Oskar has spent over 15 years in the United States, first in Silicon Valley and San Francisco, then in New York for more than a decade. He has been involved in numerous equity transactions including IPOs, private placements, new issues, and secondaries, in the United States as well as Scandinavia.
