Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Acroud AB (publ) in a restructuring of outstanding bond loan and a new issue of shares

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Acroud AB (publ) in connection with a restructuring of outstanding bond loan and in connection with a directed share issue of approximately SEK 71.6 million.

Acroud operates and develops more than 30 comparison and news sites under strong digital brands in traditional and new verticals. The company develops and offers SaaS solutions in the affiliate industry, provides streaming services and organises the gaming event The Festival Series. Acroud has its shares listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

Gernandt & Danielsson advised Acroud with a team consisting of partner Mikael Borg, senior associates Christopher Escalante and Simon Wetterholm as well as associate Erik Schwartz.
