Gernandt & Danielsson advises Stirling Square, TA and Giant Bidco in connection with a public offer to the shareholders of Byggfakta

On 5 January 2024, a bid consortium consisting of Stirling Square, TA and Macquarie Capital, through Giant Bidco, announced a recommended public cash offer to the shareholders of Byggfakta. The offer values all shares in Byggfakta at SEK 10.1 billion. The shares in Byggfakta are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Gernandt & Danielsson advises the bid consortium members Stirling Square and TA as well as the bidding company Giant Bidco with a team consisting of partners Carl Westerberg and Fredrik Palm, senior associate Daniel Sveen as well as associates Matteus Özer and Sanna Pettersson.
