Gernandt & Danielsson advises Seafire AB (publ) in connection with its entry into a credit facilities agreement

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Seafire AB (publ) i connection with the entry into of a SEK 350 million credit facilities agreement. The purpose of the facilities agreement is to refinance Seafire's outstanding senior secured bonds.

Seafire is a company group founded in 2016 with the aim of creating growth through the acquisition of profitable companies and developing these companies through an active and long-term ownership.

Gernandt & Danielsson advised Seafire with a team consisting of partners Mikael Borg and Sofie Viktorsson and associates Jakob Forsell and Jonathan Antonsson.
