Gernandt & Danielsson advises OX2 in connection with a public offer from EQT Infrastructure VI

On 13 May 2024, EQT Infrastructure VI announced a public cash offer to the shareholders of OX2 AB (publ). The offer values all shares in OX2 at SEK 16,351 million. An independent bid committee of the board of directors of OX2 recommends the shareholders of the company to accept the offer.

Gernandt & Danielsson advises OX2’s independent bid committee with a team consisting of partners Carl Westerberg and Gabriel Zsiga, senior associate Daniel Sveen and associate Philip Börnå as well as partner Foad Hoseinian (competition, FSR and FDI) and associate Sofia Hagelqvist (competition, FSR and FDI).
