Gernandt & Danielsson advises Karnov Group in connection with a public offer from Greenoaks and Long Path

On 3 May 2024, a bid consortium consisting of Greenoaks Capital Partners and Long Path Partners announced a public cash offer to the shareholders of Karnov Group AB (publ). The offer values all ordinary shares in Karnov Group at SEK 9.1 billion. The board of directors of Karnov Group recommends the shareholders of the company to accept the offer.

Gernandt & Danielsson advises the board of directors of Karnov Group with a team primarily consisting of partner Gustav Skogö Nyvang, senior associate Daniel Sveen, associates Philip Börnå and Siri Telmen as well as partner Foad Hoseinian (competition law), senior associate Astrid Svensson (data protection, IT & technology) and associate Sofia Hagelqvist (competition law).
