Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Betsson's issue of corporate bonds and tender offer as well as early redemption of outstanding bonds

Gernandt & Danielsson advises in connection with Betsson AB's (publ) (“Betsson") issue of corporate bonds in a total amount of EUR 100 million. Betsson will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm. Gernandt & Danielsson also advises in Betsson’s tender offer and early redemption under outstanding bonds 2022/2025.
