Gernandt & Danielsson advises Humble Group on its private placement of MSEK 875 and its entry into loan commitments for a new bank financing of MSEK 1,650

Gernandt & Danielsson advises Humble Group AB (publ) on its private placement of shares in the company by a directed new share issue of MSEK 875 and its entry into loan commitments for a new credit facilities agreement of MSEK 1,650 with the option to increase the loan amount by MSEK 300. The shares in the directed new share issue were subscribed by Swedish and international institutional investors.

Humble Group AB (publ) is a Swedish food-tech and FMCG-group targeting the segments of food-tech, eco, sustainability and vegan.

Gernandt & Danielssons advises Humble Group AB (publ) with a team consisting of partners Mikael Borg, Oscar Anderson and Mikael Bolling, senior associates Christopher Escalante and Kajsa Sundklev as well as associates Jonathan Antonsson, Gustaf Hellberg and Samuel Gilljam.
